Last updated: 14 May 2026
These terms govern your use of minicalendar, provided by minisquare. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
minicalendar is a scheduling and booking platform that allows users to create event types, set availability, and share booking links so others can schedule meetings with them.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use minicalendar. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorisation, or use another person's account without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use minicalendar only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
- Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
- Collect personal information about other users without their consent
- Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to minicalendar, including event type descriptions, booking page text, and form questions. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to host and display it as part of operating the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Third-party integrations
minicalendar integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Connecting an integration does not imply any endorsement of that provider.
6. Intellectual property
The minicalendar name, logo, and all software, designs, and content produced by minisquare are our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
minicalendar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, missed appointments, or other consequences arising from service outages or errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, minisquare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion takes effect immediately and your data will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we cease to offer the service. We will give you reasonable notice where possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of minicalendar after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
